Egle Tamosaityte

Bi-Lingual Tour Guide – German and Lituanian

Born and raised in Lithuania before they won their independence from Russia, Egle brings a unique, modern-day prospective to the immigrant story that helped build Ybor City. Relocating to Tampa in 2013, she immediately fell in love with the storied history and elegance of “Cigar City”.
Getting the chance to travel all over Europe and living in Germany for a few years, Egle was drawn to the hospitality industry at a young age. From representing Lithuania at the 2000 World’s Fair in Hanover Germany to managing a historic 5 star resort in her homeland to joining the team at Ybor City Food Tours, her passion to provide you with the best tour experience is second to none.
Fluent in German and Lithuanian and conversational in Russian and Polish, Egle’s next challenge is to learn Spanish. She resides in the Tampa area with her husband, two children and a dog.”
